General Information

Q: Where are you based and do you travel?
A: I am based in Brisbane, Queensland, and primarily cover events across South East Queensland. However, I am available for national bookings and frequently travel interstate to support teams at major circuits across Australia.

Q: Are you officially accredited for track side access?
A: Yes. I hold current high-level media accreditation with Motorsport Australia, Australian Auto-Sport Alliance (AASA), and Speedway Australia. This ensures I have the necessary credentials and insurance to capture the action from the best vantage points on the track.

Q: Do you have professional indemnity and public liability insurance?
A: Absolutely. I am a fully insured professional photographer under my accreditation but i also have Private Insurance to cover me away from the track. This is a requirement for most national circuits and provides peace of mind for event organizers and teams alike.

Booking & Logistics

Q: How soon will I receive my photos after an event?
A: I understand the need for quick social media turnaround! it depends on the level of coverage you have chosen, some levels include delivery multiple times on a race weekend plus a full gallery within 48 hours of the completion of the event whereas some coverage levels are delivered 5-7 business days after the event.

Q: Can I book you for a private track day or a private “hero” shoot?
A: Definitely. While I specialize in event coverage, I also offer private sessions for individual drivers, car collectors, and workshops looking for high-end “hero” shots or promotional content.

Q: Do you work with car clubs for grassroots events?
A: Yes! I’m proud to work with any motorsport participant, Whether it’s a small club meet, a skid pan day, or a drift session, we can create a coverage plan that fits your club’s budget.

Technical & Licensing

Q: In what format are the images delivered?
A: All images are delivered via a secure, high-resolution online digital gallery. You can download them in full resolution Jpeg for printing or in web-optimized sizes for social media.

Q:Do you provide RAW files to clients?
A: Typically no we do not provide RAW unedited files to clients, all images are edited and optimised for viewing, printing or social sharing, however if your project requires unedited RAW files we can discuss including them in your package for an additional fee

Q: Can I use the photos for my sponsors or team website?
A: Yes. My standard driver and team packages include a license for Personal non-commercial use on social media (including team social media), website use, and PR/Sponsorship proposals. For larger commercial, advertising or merchandise usage, please get in touch for a specific quote.

Q: Who has copyright for images included in a booking or package purchased with you?
A: Unless otherwise specified David Gallagher/AutoMoPho retain copyright to all images included in a booking or photo package under Australian Law, however For usage where you require full copyright and usage over images, please get in touch for a specific quote.
